
ORDERS Thank you for your interest in our cheese. We work hard to make great cheese and we will do everything possible to make sure you receive our products in their best possible condition. Please keep in mind that our products are perishable and that special care must be taken in ordering, shipping, and receiving. You can place your order anytime on our website www.considerbardwellfarm.com or call us on 802-645-9928, weekdays 8AM to 4PM EST. We ship orders out every Wednesday, with orders arriving by either Thursday or Friday, depending on destination. Orders must be placed by Tuesday in order to ship out Wednesday. Orders placed on or after Wednesday will be shipped out the following Wednesday. SELECTIONS We hand cut all cheese to order and exact weights may vary, depending on our knife skills that day. Some cheeses may not always be available. This is due to seasonality, the limited production of our small farm, and the time it takes to age our cheese. We appreciate your patience. We do not ship our Mettowee fresh goat cheese. It is made to be consumed fresh, so we recommend your local farmer's market for fresh cheese. PAYMENT We only accept Visa and Master Card for payment. Your card will only be charged when your order ships. All transactions are in US Dollars. SHIPPING Shipping is available only within the Continental United States. We do not ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, or International addresses. All orders will ship by either Fedex Ground or Fedex Second Day Air. To ensure orders arrive within one or two days of shipment, we ship based on destination as follows: Fedex Ground to: Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virgina. Fedex Second Day Air to: All states not listed above. Calculated shipping charges will be added to your total at checkout. Please note that all packages are shipped to "deliver without signature" to ensure that the delivery will be made on the day scheduled. PACKAGING All orders are packed in state of the art thermal liners, with re-usable ice packs, and recyclable packing material. This ensures condition only up to 48 hours. REFUNDS We assure that your cheese will leave our farm in fresh cut condition. Please open your order immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to let us know. We are not responsible for spoilage due to: unopened packages, incorrect addresses, delivery delayed due to weather or events beyond our control, or orders shipped to customers who are not home to receive them.
